Located on the backwaters of Khadakwasla lake in Mandvi, the site of 14 acres slopes steeply towards the waterfront. The drop in the elevation from the road is 56 meters. Splendour Country Resort has been designed to offer a peaceful setting for a quiet weekend in beautifully landscaped surroundings to bring the visitor as close to nature as possible. The first phase comprising a three level pool complex is complete. A children’s pool and a jacuzzi are at the top level, with water overflowing over rocks to the main pool. The main swimming pool is 68 meters across and overflows into a reflecting pool at the third level down. Each level is approximately 4 meters high. The main swimming pool is partly suspended to provide a health spa underneath together with changing rooms and filtration plant. The grounds are extensively landscaped with tropical plants.
