This is a supermarket and shopping complex designed as an amenity for Rajshree Cement Township at Malkhed. An existing road divides the site, wherein the supermarket is placed towards the north.

The construction will be in phases. Phase one includes the supermarket while phase two requires demolition of existing shopping complex and construction of proposed shopping plaza.

“Plaza” defines a town center. The design of the new plaza evolved around covered pedestrian pathways connecting the open spaces without disturbing the location of any existing trees on site.

Interpenetrating blocks have bright colours that make each street distinct.

These colours make the plaza vibrant and distinctive even when viewed from a distance.
