The Metropole is located in Kondhwa , a fast upcoming residential suburb of Pune.

The natural slope is utilized for three levels of car parking. Each of the seven office floors are about 1100 sq.mt. in area. The terrace level is designed for a potential restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the lush green hills towards the South.

The Metropole is masterfully designed for the optimum utilization of space in both the directions i.e., horizontal, as well as, vertical. It is a blend of wisely chosen modern materials, yet highly user friendly.

The structure is optimally planned to enhance the natural light and view the green surroundings by providing glazing on the North and West side. It follows basic shapes and straight lines which are very well reflected in simple, yet highly functional planning, as well as, in all the elevations of the building.

The design follows a holistic approach. The magnificent  five story high atrium integrates the building with the lush green surroundings.

A certain amount of sustainability is achieved in building design. The South façade is sheltered from the sun with deep punched-in windows whereas the West facade has deep green reflective glass and North face has clear reflective low UV glass, which allows ample natural light in the interior.

The facade reflects different shades of color with the changing sunlight through the day.LED lighting in combination of white, green and orange colors adds drama to the facade at night.

The building is designed to be barrier free.
