Clover Hills is an up-market residential development on the outskirts of Pune. The undulating site of 35 acres accommodates 85 individually designed houses of 4 and 5 bedrooms varying in sizes of around 500 square meters each. The recreation club is situated on 3 acres.

The concept was to provide a cheerful ensemble of buildings at different levels of the topography overlooking open spaces for different activities separated by colourful perforated screen walls. The buildings and the open spaces are linked by a curving skeletal timber passage. The passage has intermittent pavilions that signify access points to the buildings. The first building houses the badminton and squash courts. The badminton hall is designed to provide multiple activities and has a stage, changing rooms and audio-visual facilities. The following buildings comprise a cafeteria, gymnasium and health club, indoor games and aerobics halls.The open spaces start with a basketball court and amphitheater, followed by a party lawn, a swimming pool and Jacuzzi and a tennis court.
