This is an office complex designed for the I.T sector at Baner. The design has grown out of a belief that the commercial realities of speculative offices can be reconciled with architecture of quality and distinction.
The building primarily has two wings with a central core. Seven storeys above ground, the building adopts the optimum template for new office development in the City. Twenty five meter deep uninterrupted floor plates line a wide central atrium. The atrium is enhanced by clear glass which is suspended by tension cables.
The forecourt has a large water body with a infinity edge cascade that cools the entrance.
The principal roadside facade is a continuous glass wall, developed and articulated by horizontal louvered shading devices. The louvers and fins in harmony with the solid mass define the facades of the building. The roof also has a terrace garden that will substantially reduce the heat gain inside the building.
There are two basements designed for parking.
